Nissan offers five different trim options for the 2023 Altima, starting with the base level S. The next level up, the SV, adds features like 17-inch alloy wheels and keyless entry. This is the most fuel-efficient configuration for the Altima, and it’s pretty impressive. The turbocharged engine comes in with 25 miles to the gallon in the city and 34 highway miles.
Spacious Interior
The Altima has a surprising amount of legroom for a sedan with 43.8 inches in the front row and 35.2 inches of legroom for your second-row passengers. You’ll have plenty of room for cargo with 15.9 cubic feet in the trunk.

The entry-level S comes with Nissan Safety Shield 360, a base package loaded with modern driver-assist technology.
